Slæ̈rn Káximu-prond was built using the conventions of Gnoll durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Slæ̈rn Káximu-prond is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Slæ̈rn Káximu-prond is buildings have been located at convienant points along the rivers Slæ̈rn Káximu-prond was built upon. Navigating the town is therefore a little chalanging as the distance between buildings verris greatly and the spacious paverstone streets flow where they are able to be made rather than folowing the most convienant paths. The city is in posession of a finaly crafted dwarvern style fortified fighting wall, completer with lower, middle, and upper battlments for use in sloped-fire defence stratagies, murder holes, and statues which may or may not be constructs, and, of course, MERTICULATIONSshortsizename is one of the wealthiest and politicaly connected settlments in the world.. The city's Ragnarock-era relics are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the city's defences.
A look around Slæ̈rn Káximu-prond has something terribly wrong with it. It’s impossible to put one’s finger on, but something is horribly wrong. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scutteling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Maybe it’s everything together. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Slæ̈rn Káximu-prond long.

Points of Interest
Slæ̈rn Káximu-prond has been cursed with some blight that makes life difficult, albeit not impossible. An offended sorcerer's vengeful Working, an outraged god's wrath, a local distortion of the Legacy, or a simple history of bad feng shui in the area may have brought the curse about. I(devise not only the curse, but the reason why the locals haven't left for better lands).
Slæ̈rn Káximu-prond has a substantial mill pond located a short distance from town.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Slæ̈rn Káximu-prond was attacked by savage cyclopss living nearby. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Slæ̈rn Káximu-prond lost 106 people, 318 livestock, and 54 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 214, when members of Slæ̈rn Káximu-prond's militia enacted an operation to train a group of civilians for a special clandestine operation. The operation was complicated by major logistical problems. The conflict ended with the defense of the fortification against a siege, which ended in victory for Slæ̈rn Káximu-prond's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Slæ̈rn Káximu-prond's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
